Distoclusion

Distoclusion is a malocclusion in which the lower tooth arch articulates with the upper tooth arch in a distal position. The mandibular arch, in this condition, is in a posterior position as compared to the maxillary arch. Distoclusion is basically a skeletal abnormality when the lower tooth arch exists unusually behind the upper teeth arch. Due to this condition, the lower canines and the incisors penetrate the hard palate gingival tissues and  it can damage your overall oral health.
