Incognito braces

Incognito braces

Incognito braces are braces which are different from the usual dental braces because they are fixed at the back of the teeth instead of the front and this makes them invisible to others.  These braces are also called Lingual braces.  Incognito braces are custom-made and fixed. The brackets of the incognito braces are cemented at the back of the teeth. Those individuals who want to get their teeth aligned, but do not want their smile destroyed by the metal braces, should certainly go for the incognito braces.

The advantages of Incognito braces are:

  • These braces are custom-made for each individual and therefore you receive the exact size, shape and dimension which best suits. This ensures optimum results

  • The invisibility of the Incognito braces is their major advantage. Nobody would be even able to recognize that you are wearing braces. The metal-wired look which the regular braces furnish makes the smile of a person fairly unsightly

  • The period of treatment is significantly lesser than the traditional metal braces. This means that your teeth would get aligned more earlier than you suppose

  • Metal braces can cause discomfort and pain, however, Incognito braces are more convenient
